Exhibitor Information

The following Terms and Conditions includes a review of the building to make your participation in the 2005 Atlantic Farm Mechanization Show as pleasant as possible. Rules and Regulations pertaining to the show and important information such as by-laws and rules of the buildings the show is held in, are also enclosed for your reference. We urge you to read them!

Please note the RETURN DATE FOR APPLICATIONS is OCTOBER 15, 2004. In order to guarantee consideration of your requirements for space, we will require your application plus a 25% deposit by October 15, 2004. Please also note that rates are increased for applications not received by the due date of October 15, 2004.

It is imperative that you provide information on your product line to be displayed prior to any consideration being given for space by the Board of Directors.

We look forward to welcoming back all past exhibitors and to meeting any new participants since our last show in 2003!
