MATERIAL
HANDLING

Manned forklifts will be available for move-in from 8:00 am to
8:00 PM Tuesday and 8:00 am to 12:00 NOON Wednesday. A manned
boom truck will be available to unload large equipment at a charge
to the exhibitor.
Show Directors will not receive (sign
for) your goods for the show. It is the absolute responsibility
of each exhibitor to receive and place goods in their allotted
space. The Show Services company will accept any goods for those
not present to do so, however, there may be a charge allocated
to the exhibitor by the Show Services company.
For Move-Out, forklifts will be
available from 1 hour after show closing to 11:00 p.m. (Back

MOBILE WASH

Mobile wash facilities will be available. If exhibitors require
this service, contacts should be made on your arrival. This will
be an expense for the individual exhibitor.

EXHIBITOR
SIGNS

SIGNS MUST NOT BE HUNG FROM ELECTRICAL FIXTURES. All signs
must be hung by the contractor assigned by the Complex at a cost
to the exhibitor.
EXHIBITOR
BADGES

Badges are supplied in relation to the amounts of floor space
an exhibitor purchases. Badges must be worn at all times while
in the show building/exhibit area and are required for entry to
the show. Please complete and return the appropriate form by the
deadline, listing only the personnel who will staff the
exhibit. Badges will be available from the Show Office on March
1, 2005 and before 12:00 Noon March 2, 2005. (Badges should be
in place for Industry Day). Distribution will be as follows: 100-299
(4 badges), 300-599 (6 badges), 600-999 (8 badges), 1000+ (10
badges).
Badges will only be made out in
the name of the exhibiting company shown on the floor plan. Additional
badges may be purchased at $10.00 each.

PARKING

Free parking is available on the grounds. All exhibitors are requested
to park in the main parking lot and are not permitted to park

LOUNGE

An exhibitor lounge will be available.
ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES

The use of alcoholic beverages in the exhibitor's booth is prohibited
and may be consumed only in the Exhibitors lounge. (Back

The Furniture, Floor Coverings, Special Booth, Background, Decorations,

The official Show Carrier is Armour Transportation Systems .
It is the absolute responsibility of each exhibitor to

The Show display area
can be divided into six sections:

FLOOR
SPACE

Charges for space are per square foot. The application must be
accompanied by a 25% deposit based on the charge for the space
applied for; the balance of the space must be paid 60 days before
the Show opens.
CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellations postmarked prior to January 1, 2005,
25% of the deposit money will be retained by the Committee. Cancellations
received after this period but within 30 days of the opening of
the show will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of Floor
Space if paid. No refund will be allowed after this point.
