The Atlantic Farm Mechanization show, to be held at the Moncton Coliseum from December 1-3, 2022, aims to help the agriculture sector take advantage of new opportunities, innovations, and trends emerging from the difficulties of the past few years.
Join us, as over 160 exhibitors come together to showcase the latest in machinery and technological advancements, launch new products, demonstrate finance, crop planning and precision agriculture apps and software tools, and provide new techniques, research and knowledge resources for every kind of grower.
Whether you represent a multi-national operation, manage a large tract farm, run the family farm, operate an organic, CSA or hobby farm, organize a small urban plot or community garden, or simply grow a small backyard plot, attending the Atlantic Farm Mechanization Show will help you envision the possibilities.
The unprecedented events of the past few years have posed considerable challenges to agriculture, but difficulties breed creativity and innovation. They also reveal opportunities for those willing to look ahead, adapt and transition.
As people who work with our hands and the land, we’re learning how to pivot: to shift direction, hone existing skills, or modify plans in a rapidly changing environment. We’ve embraced creativity: improving workflow, seeking cost-saving methods, diversifying production. And we’re redefining our relationship with the land, learning to work with the natural environment, rather than modify it.
We’re having exciting conversations on regenerative agriculture, as farmers look for ways to monitor and improve soil health, not only for sustainable food production, but also for carbon sequestration and water retention. And as temperatures warm and seasons shift, we’re discovering a greater variety of food and fruit that can be successfully grown in northern climates. In particular, there is growing consumer demand for plant-based food products.
Viewing the big picture, we feel optimistic for the years ahead, and through the Atlantic Farm Mechanization show, we aim to connect large and small operators to the equipment, technology, knowledge and products they need to succeed.
The biennial Atlantic Mechanization Show, which has been loyally supported by the agricultural community since 1975, welcomes exhibitors directly related to the agriculture sector. Directors closely follow a few basic principles in the operation and management of this event and welcome exhibitors to check our Exhibitor Info page for costs, schedules, terms & conditions, application forms and contracts.
